Machine Function:
Applicable for corner crimping of aluminum window frame.
Synchronous corner crimping device is double-layer cutter tool,which is easy to change tool position,can realize double corner and different position’s processing.
The height of corner crimping tool is 160mm,which can assembly larger sections’ profile.
Symmetry design of tool on both sides enhances the reliability of corner crimping by synchronous feeding of hydraulic servo structure.
Auxiliary positioning structure adopts scale,which is easy to adjust up and down,front and back with accurate and precision position.
Side-locating adopts disc eccentric adjusting mechanism, which is easy to operate.
Corner crimping tool is easy to adjust up and down.
The rising-falling inner positioning panel is easy to load and unload profiles.
